Refurbishing / Repair & Overhauling of Turbines:

The efficiency of the turbines reduces due to Wear & Tear resulting in less power and more steam consumption which in turn means more expenditure for the same output.
Refurbishing of the turbine will result in increase in efficiency by improvement in the design of the rotor, nozzles, diapharghams etc at lower price. max Watt offers its services in the field of refurbishing / repair and overhauling of turbines of any make and any range.

2. Re-engineering of Components


Re-engineering of various critical components viz Rotors, Blades, Nozzles, Diaphargams Throttle valves(Cones) and Valve seats, Labyrinth gland and Gland packing and other worn out components which needs replacement to bring back the original performance. The precision dimensions and intricate profile are drawn with state of art IN HOUSE coordinate Neasuring Machine(CMM - Imported from CARL ZEISS).

3. Upgradation / Renovation & Modernisation of Old Turbines:


Upgradation of your existing steam turbines of any make to higher capacity and improvement of efficeincy by redesigning the steam path.(Rotor blades, Nozzles and Diaphargms, Governing system and other sub assemblies)

4. Renovation & Modernisation of Old Turbines Control and Protection System


Design and supply of retrofitting of electronic governing system to replace old Hydro Mechanical Governors for improving the performance for our Turbines on Load and start ups.


Provision of turbovisory system for on line turbine vibration monitoring and also optional software for health analysis.
We also take up study, engineer and supply latest conrol, protection systems for turbine and generator along with load management systems for critical plant operations.
